Let me be clear, these guys are obviously great at what they do…
But let’s just see why they could do even better… and… why even when you have a great product/service, you can accidentally limit its potential.
You may have noticed this in a previous blog, but as soon as we land on her hero page (the first section you see before you scroll), it’s all about “Me me me” not “You, you, you” the potential customer. Even when you scroll down it’s still all about her. You might be thinking... "But Max! Don’t we want to know if she’s qualified?" Of course! After you know that she can help your specific pain/problem. If she can speak about your situation like she knows you and has been there, helped many like you quickly and effectively, then you read about her accreditations, it will be that much more powerful. Because a lot of the competition in this field all a lot of experience, so we need real human connection always!
She has contact buttons and email and phone options. This is great. But why should I choose her over the other people who could help me? This is the biggest battle a business faces in a competitive niche (almost all niches now) is a USP (Unique-Selling Proposition). Something that makes the business different from another competitor, and can’t be easily stolen and used. It’s unique to them.
Why A USP Is So Powerful!
(If you need help making a USP or anything marketing related → Contact me here) Examples of USP’s are Domino’s Pizza.
They had to compete with loads of others already dominating the space, the rest were promising “Mumma’s Special Recipe”... secret ingredients and all that.
Dominos went straight to their target market's hearts with something that they really cared for (remember WIIFM - What’s In It For Me?)
Here it is: “Fresh hot pizza, delivered in 30 minutes or less, or it’s FREE”
That’s all their target market wanted! Quick, fresh pizza to cure their hunger pains!
Do you see how a USP can help a business dominate a market if done correctly?
She has testimonials. Great. What I would say is she could have a 5 star rating sign next to them to help people who scan the website, and (if possible) get more information. Maybe a picture or a video testimonial from her clients so they feel even more real. Trust me, this is powerful, and crushes any skepticism.

What do we first see? A title that targets the reader and his pain! Can you see the powerful difference? And how you can speak directly to your audience while still appearing as an authority with your 5 star reviews symbol! Great start.
Although the background video technically speaking can harm response, I think in this case, because it seems organic, like it’s a past client, it helps back up his credibility and helps you feel safe and he is trustworthy.
Scrolling down instantly we see some stats, a testimonial, a name, we assume it’s the same guy from the video. = Really solid proof! The testimonial itself screams to the reader “quick relief” of pain.
As we scroll down this page more, it’s all about “You, you, you” the audience. This is how you do it! If you want to easily do this to your website, just flip your current text if it talks about “Here at Blank Company, we do” to “You get x”.
Look how he compares his service time to the slow NHS. Now there’s a reason to choose him over other solutions. He will sort you out quickly and that’s all you really want.
Near the end of the page, we see him and his experience. Now it means something to the audience who is leaning in and ready to hear it because he spoke about them first.
Do you see how easy these fixes are to make? Good.
And you know, these are the really the basics, so paying someone to not only get this kind of “strategy” right...
But also handle the text itself and how powerful that can be…
Really is the wisest investment you can make, IF you can handle more growth and new business.
And if you want a free consultation call, with me or Efe, we are taking on new bookings

And more…
So don’t hesitate, it’s free a no pressure call… Worst case scenario: you get to know more information about your business and what you should do! (Often times you just need an external pair of eyes to reveal even obvious improvements, buy you won't know unless you try!)
